Education
Our agency offers various classes to further one's skills and knowledge. Volunteer instructors teach computer skills, crafts, wood carving, etc. Frequently, short educational presentations of various topics of interest are also offered to seniors and their families. Some of these topics include heath and safety issues, legal and advocacy issues, caregiver support and armchair travel to a different country.
Look for our monthly calendar and fliers for dates, times and classes offered. Most of the classes and presentations are at no cost, but occasionally a nominal fee may be charged for specialty events.
