Chore Assistance
Designed for qualified homeowners who reside in an individual residence and are unable to perform upkeep or minor maintenance.

Errand & Shopping Support
Designed for residents who are unable to take care of their own shopping and errand needs. 

Telephone & In-Home Visiting Program
A trained specialist is available to telephone and/or visit high-risk, elderly persons upon the request of 
individuals or other agencies.
