Layla Graham
Director of Operations – Senior Legal Secretary
Layla Graham has spent most of her life in Leavenworth, moving here from California when she was six. She graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1996. While in high school, Graham started her career with Leavenworth County, briefly working as an intern for the Leavenworth County Public Works Department in 1996. Graham eventually transferred to the Child Support Enforcement Unit and worked as an intern secretary until she graduated high school and accepted a permanent full-time position. In September 2013, she began work as a Legal Secretary for the adult criminal docket before being promoted to Senior Legal Secretary. Most recently, Graham received and accepted a promotion to Director of Operations. Graham currently performs the duties of Senior Legal Secretary for the adult criminal docket and Director of Operations.
Lori Filbert
Diversion Officer
Lori Filbert heads Leavenworth County's Traffic Diversion Program, where she is the lead support staff with the program. Ms. Filbert previously worked for the Child Support Enforcement Unit for the 1st Judicial District of Kansas, which existed with the Leavenworth County Attorney's office until 2013. Ms. Filbert is a lifelong Leavenworth resident.
Micah Bray
Public Information Officer
Micah Bray joined the Leavenworth County Attorney's Office as PIO in early 2023. Before joining this office, Micah spent more than 23 years working in local television news - working for KCTV5 News and FOX4/WDAF-TV News. Micah manages our office's website, media communications, public event scheduling, and marketing. He grew up in Tonganoxie, Kansas, where he graduated from Tonganoxie High School. Micah attended Johnson County Community College before graduating from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, also known as UMKC. Lorelei Mullins coordinates with victims and witnesses in cases involving juvenile defendants and helps manage that docket. She's spent most of her life in Leavenworth, moving here when she was seven. Mullins graduated from Leavenworth High School and began her career in the banking industry before becoming interested in a criminal justice career. She joined the Leavenworth County Attorney's office in 2012 and is a member of the Multidisciplinary Child Protection Team, First Judicial District Coalition on Sexual Offending, and Project LEAD of Leavenworth County.
Marijke Clothier
Victim Witness Coordinator
Marijke Clotheir is originally from Hilversum, Netherlands. She studied elementary education for two years before coming to the United States. She was employed with Leavenworth County for twelve years in various positions before returning to the Netherlands to attain an associate degree in marketing. Upon receiving her degree, she returned to the United States. She was a deputy clerk with the Leavenworth County District Court for almost four years before joining the Leavenworth County Attorney's Office in 2016.
