Exercise is important at any age. Our agency offers different daily exercise classes designed to help seniors achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle. The following are daily or weekly exercise offerings:

* Move It or Lose It
* Vita Band (over 60)
Exercise* Chair-side Excise (over 60)
* Tai Chi (over 60)
* Yoga (over 50) 
* Fit Ball (over 50)

There are no fees for the exercise classes. For more info, call the COA office at 913-684-0777.
